I'm Rebecca Howard

I started my own nanny agency over 20 years ago. This business has supported me and my children through some very rough times including the sudden death of my husband 13 years ago. It wasn't all plain sailing though. I spent years figuring out what works and what doesn't. I made a lots of mistakes, but eventually, through lots of trial and error and spending a small fortune on training, and marketing I finally designed the map to the end of the rainbow.

Outside of being a mom of 4, I am so passionate about helping other women create the type of financial stability I’ve been able to create for myself and my children. Through 20+ years of running and growing multiple businesses I have learned all the shortcuts and can save you so much time and money!
