I started my own nanny agency over 20 years ago. This business has supported me and my children through some very rough times including the sudden death of my husband 13 years ago. It wasn't all plain sailing though. I spent years figuring out what works and what doesn't. I made a lots of mistakes, but eventually, through lots of trial and error and spending a small fortune on training, and marketing I finally designed the map to the end of the rainbow.
